Almost all of our furniture is delivered and installed by our own experienced team. Before your delivery, we’ll talk through everything with you — from access to placement — to make sure your new piece will fit comfortably into your space. So, do let us know about any access challenges – for example narrow doorways and entrances, low ceilings or stairwells – or even lifts. Even if access is tricky, we can discuss options. Many of our pieces are made with access and assembly in mind: for example, many of our table tops often come apart from their bases to make delivery easier.
Lead times
Everything we make is crafted to order by our skilled team in our Wiltshire workshops. This means we can offer a high level of care and attention to each piece. We can also tailor designs to suit your space or specific requirements.
Lead times vary depending on the item. While some of our smaller pieces and accessories are held in stock and available to order online for quicker delivery, most items are made to order. We’re always happy to talk to you before you place your order and give you a clear picture on availability and estimated lead times, so you know what to expect.
As a general guide:
Accessories: 1–2 weeks
Smaller furniture (like side tables): 4–6 weeks
Dining tables: 10–12 weeks
Of course, if you have a particular date in mind, do get in touch. We’ll always do our best to accommodate where we can.
