All of our furniture is crafted to order by our skilled team in Wiltshire, which means lead times vary depending on the piece. As a general guide, accessories may be ready in 1–2 weeks, smaller furniture in 4–6 weeks, and dining tables in 10–12 weeks. If you have a particular date in mind, just let us know — we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Almost all items are delivered and installed by our own experienced team, and we’ll work with you to ensure everything fits comfortably into your space. We also offer international shipping.

Aftercare
Each Forest to Home piece is made from solid timber and finished with a durable natural oil, making it easy to maintain and built to last. Simple care throughout the year helps preserve the wood’s beauty — and if your piece ever needs a little more attention, we’re happy to help.

In brief
Named as a reminder for the need to restore our British Forests. This home office desk has been crafted out of beautiful British Ash, a timber currently under threat from Ash dieback disease. Unfortunately we are set to loose approximately 95% of the species over the coming years. We aim to use as much of the species as possible, turning this stunning native timber into furniture rather than see it go to waste. Alongside our tree planting program we aim to see our British woodlands restored.
With gentle, sloping edges this piece is an extremely comfortable place to spend the day working from home. Storage space is provided with a spacious Oak drawer mounted on soft close runners and ever so slightly tapered legs ensure plenty of leg room. Available in bespoke sizes to suit your home office.
What is Ash dieback.?
‘Ash dieback (Hymenoscyphus fraxineus) is a fungus which originated in Asia. It doesn’t cause much damage on its native hosts of the Manchurian ash (Fraxinus mandshurica) and the Chinese ash (Fraxinus chinensis) in its native range. However, its introduction to Europe about 30 years ago has devastated the European ash (Fraxinus excelsior) because our native ash species did not evolve with the fungus and this means it has no natural defence against it.’ for more information please visit the Woodland Trust website using the link below.
